I am very impressed with National Lighting and will defintely use them again. I ordered two lovely light fittings and two table lamps which look expensive, are well made and yet are good value. They arrived the next working day.

Unfortunately one of the lamp bases was damaged but I contacted customer services with a picture of the damage and a replacement arrived the next morning. I cannot fault the service from Tina.

I have been using this company for many years now and they have never let me down when one of my orders arrived damaged in transit they dispatched the same day a replacement when i over ordered some downlights they refunded once they received returns so if you have had any problems speak to them and they will get it sorted.

Excellent customer service. Tina was professional, speedy, resolved my query and was great to deal with. The products were of high quality too and I’ll definitely be using again as well as recommending.

The service is excellent. I ordered two items one day and got the delivery the next. I only checked one item and then put them aside to be fitted later. Two weeks later I went to fit them and the second item was broken. I contacted customer services and without so much as a quibble they couriered a replacement and I received it the next day. First class company and their prices are extremely competitive too.

They have dealt with any defective units, not that there have been many, swiftly and replacements have been sent out immediately.
